How to play Dice
Set your stake
Choose how many Diamonds to bet on the roll.
Pick a target
Choose a number from 2.00 to 97.99 and whether to roll under or over it. The win chance and multiplier update as you change it.
Roll
The roll is a number from 0.00 to 99.99. Under wins if the roll is below your target; over wins if it’s above.
Or let it roll
Auto rolls for you and can stop at a profit or a loss you set.
Bets are in Diamonds. Your daily loss limit applies to every game.
Dice odds and multipliers
| Win chance | Multiplier | Roll under | Or roll over |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2% | 45x | Under 2.00 | Over 97.99 |
| 10% | 9x | Under 10.00 | Over 89.99 |
| 25% | 3.6x | Under 25.00 | Over 74.99 |
| 50% | 1.8x | Under 50.00 | Over 49.99 |
| 75% | 1.2x | Under 75.00 | Over 24.99 |
| 89.1% | 1.0101x | Under 89.10 | Over 10.89 |
Multiplier = 90 ÷ win chance (in %), rounded down to four decimals. So every target returns 90% of stakes over the long run: a house edge of 10%.
Win chances run from 2% to 89.1%, so a win always pays at least 1.01x. A roll exactly on your target loses either way, so “over” needs a target 0.01 lower for the same chance.
Limits
One roll can pay at most 250,000 Diamonds, and a bet that could win more is refused. Members can stake up to 5,000 Diamonds a roll, and a VIP pass raises that.
How to verify a Dice result
Roll = floor(f × 10,000) ÷ 100, a number from 0.00 to 99.99. The numbers come from your seeds: f = the first 52 bits of HMAC-SHA256(server seed, “client seed:nonce”) ÷ 2^52, and each extra number adds “:1”, “:2” and so on to the message.
Before you bet
You see the SHA-256 hash of your server seed, which fixes it. Set your own client seed whenever you like.
Reveal the seed
Rotate your seed pair on the Fairness page. The old server seed is revealed and a new pair starts.
Recompute
Check that the seed hashes to what you saw, then enter it in the verifier, or any HMAC-SHA256 tool, to get the same result.

Frequently asked questions
What is the house edge on Dice?
10%. The multiplier is 90 divided by your win chance, so Dice returns 90% of stakes over time, whatever target you pick.
What is the most one dice roll can pay?
45x your stake, at a 2% win chance, up to the max win of 250,000 Diamonds.
Is there a dice strategy that wins?
No. Each roll is independent and every target carries the same house edge, so no pattern of bets changes the long-run return. Decide a budget first, and set a daily loss limit.
Can I play dice against a friend?
Yes. Friends who follow each other can challenge one another to a dice duel for a matched stake. See Invite friends.
