Cash out, step by step
Open Wallet › NHBCoin
In the app, open Wallet › NHBCoin. Your NHBCoin wallet must be linked.
Choose Cash out
Open the Cash out tab. It shows the rate in Diamonds per NHB and what’s left of today’s limit.
Enter your Diamonds
Type how many Diamonds to cash out. The app shows how much NHB you’ll get and the wallet it goes to.
Confirm
Tap Cash out to NHBCoin and confirm.
Review and payment
Each cash-out is reviewed first, then sent to your linked NHBCoin wallet. A notification tells you about each step.
You need a linked NHBCoin wallet and Diamonds you bought with NHB.
Reviews, limits and identity checks
- Every cash-out is reviewed before it’s paid, and any cash-out can be held for review.
- Cash-outs over $100 need an identity check: you enter your name, date of birth and document type.
- There is a daily cash-out limit. The Cash out tab shows what’s left today.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I cash out bonus Diamonds?
Bonus Diamonds come from the welcome bonus, invites, daily rewards, missions and rakeback. They are for play only; only Diamonds bought with NHB, and their winnings, can be cashed out.
Do I have to play bought Diamonds first?
Yes. Diamonds you buy are played once, on games, sports or draws, before they can be cashed out.
What rate do I get?
The rate shown on the Cash out tab, in Diamonds per NHB. The confirmation shows exactly how much NHB you’ll receive.
Where does the NHB go?
To the NHBCoin wallet linked to your account, and nowhere else.
