The maths of every cash-out
A round reaches a multiplier x with chance 0.9 ÷ x. Cash out at x and, on average, every 100 Diamonds you stake comes back as 90. That holds at every target.
| Cash-out target | Chance the round gets there | Average back per 100 Diamonds staked |
|---|---|---|
| 1.01x | 89.11% | 90 Diamonds |
| 1.5x | 60% | 90 Diamonds |
| 2x | 45% | 90 Diamonds |
| 4.5x | 20% | 90 Diamonds |
| 10x | 9% | 90 Diamonds |
| 100x | 0.9% | 90 Diamonds |
| 1,000x | 0.09% | 90 Diamonds |
Low targets and high targets
- Low targets, such as 1.5x, win often (60% of rounds) and pay a little. Results are steadier, but the edge still adds up.
- High targets, such as 10x, win rarely (9% of rounds) and pay a lot. Long losing runs are normal.
- Neither changes the return. The target only changes how bumpy the ride is.
Why doubling up (martingale) fails
The martingale system doubles the stake after every loss, hoping one win recovers everything. It wins small amounts often and, now and then, loses a lot at once.
At a 2x target a round falls short 55% of the time. Start at 10 Diamonds and 9 losses in a row cost 5,110 Diamonds, chasing a 10-Diamond profit, and the next bet, 5,120, is over the 5,000-Diamond member limit. A run like that has a 0.46% chance from any starting point: rare once, but likely over hundreds of tries.
Patterns, streaks and “due” rounds
Crash points come from a hash chain fixed before the first round. Each round is independent: a run of low crashes doesn’t make a high one due, and the last 20 rounds tell you nothing about the next.
What you can control
- Your budget: decide it before you start, and stop when it’s gone.
- Your target: set auto cash-out before the round, so you don’t decide in the moment.
- Your time: take breaks, and set a daily loss limit so a bad run can’t surprise you.
- Your stake: smaller stakes make the same budget last longer, at the same return.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best crash strategy?
There isn’t one that wins over time. Every cash-out target returns 90% of stakes. Pick a target you’re comfortable with, set a budget and stop when it’s gone.
Does auto cash-out improve my odds?
No. It cashes you out exactly at your target, which helps you stick to a plan, but the chance of reaching each target stays the same.
Can you predict the next crash point?
No. Crash points come from a hash chain fixed before the first round, and each round’s hash is only revealed after it crashes.
What is the RTP of the crash game?
90%, a house edge of 10%.
