How to enter a prize draw
Pick a draw
Open Draws and choose a prize. Each draw shows its ticket price, tickets sold, its cover and a countdown.
Take tickets
Buy 1, 5, 10 or 25 at a time, or use your free daily entry. Each ticket gets the next number.
Wait for the draw
Sales close 10 seconds before the draw time.
Watch it live
The live show runs for everyone at once and lands on the winning ticket after about 12 seconds.
Your odds
Your chance of winning is the number of tickets you hold divided by the number in the draw when sales close. Hold 5 of 2,000 tickets and your chance is 1 in 400 (0.25%). Every ticket, free or paid, has exactly the same chance.
More tickets raise your chance but never guarantee a win, and each draw limits how many tickets one player can hold.
The free daily entry
- Every player gets a free entry each day, into any draw. No purchase is necessary, and it renews at midnight UTC.
- Silver and Gold VIP passes, and Plus, add more free entries a day.
- A free ticket has the same chance as a paid one, but adds nothing to ticket sales or to a Diamond Pot.
The cover rule, in plain words
A prize is guaranteed only once ticket sales reach the draw’s cover: 500% of the prize’s value by default. For a prize worth 10,000 Diamonds, the cover is 50,000 Diamonds of ticket sales.
If sales are below the cover when the draw runs, there is still a winner, but they get 20% of all ticket sales in Diamonds instead of the prize.
Free entries add nothing to sales and VIP discounts add less, so a draw can fill up without reaching its cover. Each prize page shows its cover in full-price tickets, and each draw shows its progress live.

Diamond Pots
In a Diamond Pot, paid tickets go into the pot itself. One ticket wins 20% of the pot; the rest is the house’s share.
How the winner is picked
When a draw opens, the SHA-256 hash of its server seed is published. At draw time, winning ticket = floor(float × tickets sold) + 1, where the float comes from HMAC-SHA256 of the seed with “draw ID:tickets sold:last ticket ID”. The seed is revealed straight after, so anyone can recompute the winner.

- Covered draw: you choose the prize itself or its cash alternative in Diamonds.
- Draw below its cover: 20% of the ticket sales is paid to your wallet automatically.
- Diamond Pot: your share is paid to your wallet automatically.

Are online prize draws a lottery?
They’re promotional draws: you take numbered tickets, one is drawn live, and the winner can be checked by anyone. There’s always a free way to enter.
Can I win without paying?
Yes. Your free daily entry has the same chance as a paid ticket.
Why didn’t a winner get the prize?
Because ticket sales didn’t reach the cover. The winner then gets 20% of all ticket sales in Diamonds instead.
